— Tellwright Systems, Inc. today introduced natural-language search and automated case summaries in Concord. Analysts and investigators can ask a question in plain English, such as “vehicles associated with this address in the last 90 days,” and Concord returns the answer with a citation to every underlying record. Case summaries draw together everything Concord holds about a case, with each statement linked to its source.

The new capabilities run within each customer’s own Concord environment. Queries and source data are not used to train models for other customers, and every question and answer is written to the audit log.

“An analyst should spend her time on judgment, not on queries,” said Neal Sorley, chief technology officer of Tellwright. “Concord now does the searching and the first draft. A person still decides what it means and what happens next.”

Natural-language search and case summaries are available now to Concord Enterprise customers in the United States and will be offered to international customers later in 2026.
